New York City Marathon 2015 Training Day 21 - Lacrosse then Bike

Holy cow, it's snowing at the Lacrosse Tournament that my son was playing in.  And have the team forfeit the games.  My feet were freezing!  

Found a local diner, at a bunch of pancakes, then got home and pedaled for  and hour plus for a 3 x 12 minutes!    Why can't I go outdoors!
