New York City Marathon 2015 Training Day 24 - A Very Dark Place on the Bike

Irene's has done this work out.  For me it consisted of 5 intervals of 4 minutes at 210-230 watts with 3 minute rest between each interval.  With Ironman 2 spinning in the DVD in front of me I pedaled away making use of my power meter on my crank.  I wonder if I can do another interval?
