New York City Marathon 2015 Training Day 17 - Spin on my Bike Trainer

Being in the basement with my bike is a tough workout!

10 mni warm up
Then 2x20 at 187-217
*5 min ez between each and as a cool down...

I forgot to put on the fan during the first set and I was drenched in sweat.

Today was a struggle!
